WHAT WE DO

Rental for tours

How the service works:
• You reserve the service and confirm the name of the tour leader, place and date of delivery and number of clients.

• The express courier delivers the complete kit to the first hotel.That contains transmitter with microphone, receivers with earphones, batteries and spares.

• After arriving at the hotel, the tour leader finds the case with his/her name at the concierge.

• The tour leader distributes the receivers and earphones to each client and that is the only operation required until the end of the tour.

• On the last day the tour leader collects the equipment from the group, places them in the case and leaves them in the hotel, so it can be collected by our courier.

• Tour guide system can be delivered and collected to or from any location in Europe through express courier.

• Our tour guide system is very light and very easy to use, because it is powered by alkaline batteries and has an autonomy of approximately 40 hours, which is much more then the usual length of a tour.
